Summer Hill Baptist Church is seeking a Pastor with the following qualifications:
- Education - One who has at least a bachelors degree from a fundamental Bible college or seminary with courses in Bible basics, church administration, organization, pastoral training, and knowledge of homiletics and counseling.
- A man who has previously pastored a church full-time and can carry on and make ours progress.
- A pastor with a track record of church growth.
- One who has the ability to deal with conflict and be a pastor as well as a preacher.
- One who can preach and teach the Word.
- One who stresses the importance of Sunday School for its teaching and explanation of the Word verse by verse.
- One who has the ability to minister to the total church population, from youth to the elderly.
- One who looks for a balance of who runs the church and stresses teacher training and discipleship.
- One who is missions-minded, both home and foreign.
